UNL features a consolidated billing system, which bills students for a wide variety of departments all in one statement. Charges typically include tuition and fees, housing, and charges from various departments.
Tuition & Fees Charges
Tuition and fees are assessed each term based on credit hours enrolled, class level and specialty. Assessment is completed based on enrolled hours at the beginning of each semester. Any adjustments to your enrollment after the first assessment may adjust your balance, and will be reflected on the next month’s statement.
For Fall 22/Spring 23 UNL is offering a Fee Reduction which will be applied to student account if the total of the UPFF and Online Course fee is more than $751.00. The reduction will be in the amount of UPFF Fee and Online Course Fee totals that exceed $751.00.

Housing Charges
Housing charges are issued by University Housing. Initial charges appear on the first bill of the semester. Adjustments, new charges, or credits may appear on bills throughout the semester. Please contact University Housing for questions related to housing charges.
