is responsible for issuing monthly consolidated bills and collecting students' charges at UNL. We are also responsible for the collection of University Short Term and Federal Perkins Loans.

Summer Semester Finances

1st Summer bill to be presented May 19, 2026. Due June 12, 2026

Our first Summer Semester bill will be prepared May 19th - an email will be sent to the student's Husker email account to notify them that the bill is available to view. The bill can be viewed in MyRED account detail, and an official billing statement can be downloaded as needed.

Summer Financial Aid Application

Undergraduate students must notify the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid that they would like to receive financial aid for the summer semester by completing the summer aid application.

Current undergraduate students can be reviewed for summer financial aid by completing the Summer Aid Application in MyRED. For more detail, visit http://financialaid.unl.edu/apply-funds/summer-financial-aid

Refunds

If you have a credit balance from an over payment, reduction in charges or excess financial aid, the Office of Student Accounts will issue a refund. Direct Deposit is the fastest and safest method for receiving a refund from your student account. Have you signed up?
