Additional Information
The top of your statement provides two common methods of payment. You can pay online through MyRED or send payment by mail.
Your previous month’s balance is listed on the invoice. This area will also display the total of payments since the last statement.
Each billing statement provides a summary of all new activity. We include all debits and credits since the last statement.
Your tuition line is a total of all tuition assessed during the billing cycle. Additional details of your tuition are available on Page 2 of your statement.
Mandatory fees are not included in tuition. Each fee has its own itemized line. More information about mandatory fees is available at the end of the tuition page links below:
The net total of new Housing transactions is included on your statement. Visit the Housing website for more information regarding housing charges.
Credits from Financial Aid & Scholarships are also included on the statement. Details of this aid are available on Page 2 of your statement. You can find more details regarding financial aid from the Scholarships & Financial Aid Office website.
A summation of your prior invoice, payments, new charges, and new credits will give you a total Amount Due. This balance will be due by the 12th of the following month.
Additional Information
Depending on the makeup of your enrollment, you may have multiple lines for your Tuition Detail. Additional tuition lines are added for Non Resident, Online/Distance, and Differential tuition.
Some courses have a special fee associated with them. The special fee is listed in the Schedule of Classes followed by the notation, “Special Fee” and a dollar amount.
There are two levels of UPFF assessment, which is determined by the number of credit hours a student is enrolled in. This fee is listed as Program/Facilities Fee General and Program/Facilities Fee Hlth/Tr for tax purposes only.
