Mandatory Student Health Insurance
International students with a J or F Visa type (J1, J2, F1, F2) are required to hold insurance and will automatically be assessed insurance by UNL. If students have comparable coverage, they may elect to waive UNL's plan by completing a waiver request. More information can be found at our Insurance Information page.
